Ohio has an abundant supply of food products that help to keep the nation and the world nourished. We hope these recipes will help Ohioans towards a healthy life style.

Objectives:

  • Better nutritional choices and improved cooking skills.
  • Easy to prepare meals that do not require processed foods.
  • Offer dietitian-kitchen tested recipes that feature fruits, vegetables and/or grains that have family appeal. Check back often for new recipe postings.
