A 10-week program to get women started with healthy diet and activity habits intended to last a lifetime. This book is written for women who currently exercise less than 30 minutes per day on most days of the week.
  • Satter, E. (1987). How to Get Your Child to Eat, But Not Too Much. Bull Publishing Co. (Paperback - $13.56) This book explains the feeding relationship between children and their caretakers and how to keep the relationship healthy. Includes chapters on overweight children and eating disorders.
